A Stereotype is a descriptive enumeration of a set of traits that often occur together. Stereotypes are built using user data, including data on their interactions with the system or service. They describe the user motivation and attitude toward the task performed, and his experience with respect to the task and the system in use. [PO-JRA-1.1.1] |
