A quality attribute expresses a capability or a requirement. By grouping a set of relevant quality attributes, a service can be defined by its quality that states how "well" the service works / should work. [CD-IA-1.1.1] {SYN: Quality Parameter, Quality Dimension}{SPC: Performance, Dependability, Security, Data-Related Quality, Configuration-Related Quality, Network- and Infrastructure-Related Quality, Usability, Quality of Use Context, Cost}
In  systems engineering and  requirements engineering, a  non-functional requirement is a  requirement that specifies criteria that can be used to judge the operation of a system, rather than specific behaviors. This should be contrasted with  functional requirements that define specific behavior or functions.  Non-functional requirements are often called  qualities of a system. [Wikipedia]
