With the Adaptation Scope we refer to the effect of the adaptation process, i.e., whether it is expected to be temporary (i.e., it holds only to a particular Service-Based Application instance or in a particular context) or permanent adaptation (i.e., it modifies the whole application model that will be applicable to other instances and situations) [CD-JRA-1.2.2]
