Virtual Campus (WP-SoE-1.1)
Objectives
This workpackage aims to achieve the following objectives:

Development of a Europe-wide training and education programme, including a dedicated European PhD programme on Software Services and Systems.

Provide an operational virtual community network through which researchers can communicate and have discussion forums, and, be informed of new research, methodologies and development activities, including business cases and training opportunities.

Provide exposure to different academic approaches to Software Services and Systems research.

Collection and consolidation of course material on Software Services and Systems research and applications.

Provision of an infrastructure for creating a distributed learning centre for open learning content to support training for academic and industrial research.
Coordination
This activity (WP-SoE-1.1) is coordinated by Vienna University of Technology.
